🌊 I train people to feel confident on the water—building skills to handle tough situations while having fun. Fitness and fun come together with Paddleboarding.

Paddleboarding is therapy + fitness in one, and when you paddle with proper technique, that six-pack shows up naturally. 💪🏝️ A variety of classes for people who love to be challenged and pushed. This workout will help improve your balance, core strength, endurance and muscle strengthening. If that's not your speed, then we offer a nature paddle tour along with stretching and balancing. Come out and try something new.

Change happens, and it can stir up so many emotions. Sometimes it’s sadness for the people we may not see as often or the routines that have to shift. But on the other side of that change is growth — and growth is inevitable.

If we resist it, life can start to feel stale and uneventful, and that’s just not who I am. I need life to keep moving forward, to stay in motion.

Maybe one day I’ll want to slow down… but honestly, I’m laughing at the thought of that right now. 😂💫

🌊💙 One of the many reasons I LOVE paddle boarding — it’s so easy for fun-size me to bring my board anywhere I can float! 🏄‍♀️✨ This summer’s trip to Manatee Springs was such a blast — crystal clear water, wildlife, and endless adventure. Always grateful for these moments on the water. 🌿🐟

Focusing on the positive healing energy the Universe is sharing with me. Teaching group classes usually leaves me energized but sometimes you just have that one person who will always show up with energy that I will not stand up to their expectations.

It can be draining trying to be everything to everyone for 50 minutes. So when this happens to me, which is not usual (just one gym) so I make sure to center myself and create positive energy to share with my next class.

Grateful for growth, patience, learning experiences and the joy that i chose to create.

🌊🏋️‍♀️ One of the things I love most about paddleboarding is how grounded I feel out on the water.
But on days I can’t get on my board, I throw on my 30 lb vest and hit the path — where I often cross paths with turtles 🐢✨

Grounding is important. It’s a daily reset. Whether it’s on the water or on the trail, I make time to reconnect.
Movement is medicine. Nature is therapy. 💛
