Coaches are monitoring the progress of the QBs during OTAs and mandatory minicamp. Zach Wilson still flying under the radar which is always a good thing, and preseason games will tell more and then he’ll be under the microscope. Like that every year.

The Jets are doing all they can in getting Wilson to learn the offense better and have the right coaches instructing him. He appears to be adapting the offense well already and to make that jump in 2022.

Really looking forward to watching a very healthy Carl Lawson to play on the New York Jets defense in the 2022 season. Looks like he’s ready to go!

Whether the 2021 QB for the will be Darnold, Z. Wilson or Fields, I would not mind seeing Alex Smith replace Flacco (who is a free agent) as a backup. He would be a good mentor to any of those quarterbacks. It really sounds like something the team would do.

The haven't had a 1st round pick in 7 straight years (including this year)! That's usually a big no no in the eyes of executives but it doesn’t bother some. I don't think JD would take that route, even if it's for 3/4 years. All those picks mean a lot to him.
