We’ve got a very important question: if you had a walk out song, what would it be?! ⚾️

We’re celebrating the Milwaukee Brewers trip to the World Series by putting together a playlist of your walkout songs!

Since this playlist is too good to keep to ourselves, we’ll be playing it in classes this week AND sharing the link so you can enjoy it in all its glory! Check our latest story or the link in our bio so you can listen on Spotify 🎧 If your song of choice hasn’t been added yet, drop it in the comments below ⬇️

Saturdays are for machine sprints 🏃🏻‍♀️

Today’s Challenge Day class was a spicy one! 20 sec sprints on the assault bike and rower paired with AMRAP burpees and farmers carry…it may be getting cold outside but things are heating up inside at Legacy 💪🏼

And finally, to the team behind the scenes who kept the whole event flowing seamlessly from well before the sun came up until late into the afternoon: THANK YOU!! Set up, registration & refreshments, coordinating, coaching, cheering, clean up, and everything in between - none of it would be possible without our incredible community who selflessly volunteers their time to make sure each one is the best we have to offer. We appreciate you more than you know and are looking forward to what the future has in store thanks to you and your hard work!!
