At forty now, I stand in grace,
No longer striving—just taking my place.
He’s led me through each storm and test,
And taught me how to walk and rest.

I rise in faith, I grow through prayer,
With God beside me, always there.
Each breath a gift, each day made new—
His mercy holds me, strong and true.

Hoy nos despedimos de una mujer extraordinaria, mi tía Ana María Hernández Vargas, quien nos dejó físicamente, pero permanecerá por siempre en nuestros corazones.

Era una persona muy cariñosa y con un sentido del humor que iluminaba cualquier habitación con solo una sonrisa. Recuerdo con mucho amor sus visitas a los Estados Unidos, donde su presencia cálida traía alegría y tranquilidad a quienes la rodeaban.

Además de ser cariñosa, era increíblemente fuerte e independiente, cualidades que siempre he admirado profundamente. Fue una gran madre, abuela, y sé que ahora está al lado de mi papá en el cielo, disfrutando de momentos de risa y paz, y siempre velando por nosotros desde arriba.

Aunque es difícil aceptar que las personas que amamos ya no están en este mundo, nos reconforta saber que están en un lugar mejor, libres de dolor, y que siempre nos protegen y guían.

Hoy celebramos la vida de esta maravillosa mujer a quien extrañaremos muchísimo, pero que llevaremos siempre en nuestros corazones.

Descansa en paz, querida tía. ❤️

Monday I got that we lost loss of our beloved Alejandra. My cousin was a sweet, kind, and caring person, always with a smile and a joke ready to brighten the day. Even though we lived in different countries, our conversations about life and motherhood brought great comfort and joy.

Now, Alejandra rests in your presence in heaven with many of my angels and alongside my father. I imagine they are there,sharing laughs and happy moments, watching over us from heaven. Although her departure hurts us deeply, I find solace in knowing that she now has an angel watching over us.

I ask that you grant our family strength and comfort during this difficult time. Help us to cope with this loss and find peace in the memory of her love.

As I enter my 39th year of life..

I reflect on my journey, I’m filled with deep gratitude for the many blessings in my life.

I like to take a moment to thank God and the angels watching over me. Their spiritual strength and guidance have been a constant source of support and inspiration in my life. Their presence reminds me of the deeper connections that sustain and uplift me every day.

I am thankful for my health and the chance to make a difference through my business. It’s a privilege to build a community where people feel happy, motivated, and inspired to grow, both in their health and in their lives.

I am incredibly blessed to have a supportive partner by my side. His unwavering belief in me, even during moments of self-doubt, is a gift I treasure. I thank God every day for bringing such a wonderful person into my life.

My family has been a steadfast source of support, and although my friends are scattered across different locations, they each hold a special place in my heart. Their presence, no matter the distance, is a cherished part of my life.

I am also deeply grateful for my loving son, who is a sweet, protective, and caring young man. As I approach the final year of my 30s, I remain committed to personal growth and self-improvement. My goal is to continue learning and evolving, not only for myself but also for those who are important to me.

There is medicine in heartbreak.

A light at the end of the tunnel…

But before we can get there, we have to surrender the experience at hand.

So often when we’re in pain, our first “goal” is to get back to happy.

Get back to comfort. Get back to normal. Even back to our usual numbness.

Whatever it takes to get rid of the feelings we’re having that seem unbearable.

But when we bring resistance to our reality, we create stagnancy. We move deeper into the mud, a heavy, watery energy that weighs us down and keeps us in a holding pattern.

To move through it, we have to accept, surrender, and then find our fire.

Fire is what will give us the strength, the courage, and the confidence to release ourselves from grasping, fantasizing, dreaming or waiting on the other person to say, be or do anything in order for us to heal. Find your fire, consciously process your grief and reclaim your power. —Rising Woman

As Hispanic Heritage Month approaches I’d like to give special recognition to all the Hispanic business owners and entrepreneurs.

As a first generation Hispanic and the only one in my family to start a business I know first hand the challenges and obstacles one faces in today's world in order to have a thriving business.

My family came from Costa Rica🇨🇷 with a dream to give me and my family the best opportunity to make our dreams and aspirations come true.

I’m very honored to be a Latina and to give back to my community, and to help people on their health and wellness journey.
