Feats of Strength Retreat
Strength achievement for me:
Dbl 42kg deadlift
92kg deadlift
Everyone who attended learned a new skill or improved upon something they’ve been working on. We learned how to become better coaches. We cheered each other on, inspired each other, and we worked hard.
It was such an honor to Coach alongside and yesterday. Everyone brought such great energy.

Same flow | Different angle
Sometimes it’s in the way you move. Or the reason you move. Or the order in which events happen.
I found a soul mate in this one. This was day one of building this flow together. It was easy (minus altitude😅).
