Deep End Fitness South Florida

Some people play UTL on instinct. Some play with experience. Some actually know what’s going on. 😅

The Torpedo Toss Up is for all of them. Swipe to see the schedule!

If you already play well, come test yourself, share what you know and compete with people from other crews.

If you’ve been playing for a while but nobody ever really explained the why behind positioning, passing, decision-making, offense and defense, this weekend is built for that too.

And if you still spend part of every game in survival mode… you’re definitely not alone.

Saturday is about breaking the game down and putting it back together:
breath-hold, defense, torpedo skills, reads, strategy and scrimmage.

Sunday is about using it:
balanced teams, lots of water time, and a tournament designed to keep everyone involved.

No ego required.

No “pro” label required.

Just come ready to play, learn, compete and leave better than you arrived.

Something is coming to the Deep End South Florida 🦩 ☀️

Two days.
One torpedo.
Way too many competitive adults pretending this is “just for fun.”

TORPEDO TOSS UP
October 10 & 11
Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center

Where teamwork matters more than speed.
Where “one more round” somehow becomes 45 more minutes.
And where underwater, nobody can hear you scream.

You’ll want to save this weekend. Spread the word!

That’s all we’re saying… for now.

More soon.

DM for sponsorship opportunities.

Some people choose brunch on weekends.
We chose questionable decisions in 11ft of water with a camera watching from the bottom.

South Florida sun is doing its thing, the pool is doing its thing, and apparently so are we.

Deep End is basically great community, good vibes, and a collective agreement that horizontal floating counts as training if you believe in it enough.

If you’re looking for logic, this is probably not it.
If you’re looking for people, water, and a slightly unhinged but structured way to spend your weekend… welcome.

Join us this weekend.
