Mommycise babies are officially grown-some as old as 21! 🥂 My youngest here is almost 14 - and already taller than mama, while my two oldest are thriving at the University of Florida 🧡🐊
On New Year’s Eve, I promised myself to pause (just for a minute 😉), complete the rebrand, and refocus on what’s next.
Proof that it’s never too late to grow, evolve, and create 👏🏻✨ I'd love updates from the Mommies who have been a part of Mommycise! How are the kids?! Who is still working out - and who is ready for the next chapter? Best wishes to all - you all made our life so special 💕

💜 It’s almost Walk to End Alzheimer’s® season 2025!💜 Today, on National Mommycise B***y Wednesday, I share a cause, a chance to keep your b***y moving and some great news:
I’m so excited to share that you’ll see me (Mommycise Fitness Founder!) at all the Southeast Florida walks; and our team members will be at walks across the country! 🙌

I’d love to see some Mommies starting teams again, just like we did back in the studio days when we had so much fun raising awareness and giving back to causes that mattered. ✨

The first of many times we were on TV!
Back before "viral" videos and influencers were a "thing" . I remember sitting up all night trying to make things happen.. I emailed news stations just to see -Then this happened 💃😂
WE were the influencers, we didn't need virtual anything... in person, making friends, being REAL, helping eachother through tough times, having a blast together during the other times. I think we won, I have to check lol

REPOSTING TO SEE THE KIDDOS 10 years later!
Freddy was a Mommycise Baby when he was just 6 months old, and he and Brynnlee were baby besties for many years. Mommy Maria and I also have been friends since then but haven't seen eachother in so long! It was amazing to see them! Of course I took a picture with Maria, but she is so camera shy (STILL!)that I can't show it 😂
 More to come! In 2025,  one of my resolutions is to reconnect so hopefully we see you soon 💕

The stage is set, (literally!) for tomorrows Broward Walk here at Nova Southeastern for Alzheimer's Association: Southeast Florida Chapter ! There's still time to register, donate, walk and volunteer💜 Bring the family and friends and the event welcomes our fur-babies also! 🐶
Come and see me at check-in,  which is from 8 to 9am. On-site donations of $15 will receive the first  commemorative lanyard and 2024 pin!💜
 Volunteer slots available from 6-8am and or 8-10am (yes, community service hours!)
Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces! Dress warm 😉
**Parking is FREE for the walk in the NSU garage.
