What flows through you , Sticks to you!

2 Breath work for regulating nervous system 🧘🏻🙏

1️⃣The “4-4-4” breathing exercise, also known as box breathing, involves inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 4 seconds, exhaling for 4 seconds, and holding again for 4 seconds, and repeating this cycle.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
Inhale: Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for a count of four.
Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale: Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of four.
Hold: Hold your breath again for a count of four.
Repeat: Continue this cycle for several rounds, focusing on the rhythm and sensation of your breath.

2️⃣Alternate nostril breathing, also known as Nadi Shodhana, is a yogic breathing technique that involves alternating breaths through each nostril, potentially promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving focus.
Here’s how to practice it:
Find a comfortable position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, ensuring your spine is straight but relaxed.
Prepare your hands: Lift your right hand to your face, with your thumb and ring finger ready to close the nostrils.
Exhale completely: Exhale fully and slowly through both nostrils.
Inhale through the left nostril: Seal the right nostril with your thumb, and inhale deeply and slowly through the left nostril.
