With all the Flathead modified races coming up. Here are a few things some you guys not used to Flatheads may not know. The plug must be shimmed so that threads aren’t protruding into valve area. Roughly .340” from bottom of threads to contact area. The plug electrode must have gap facing valve or valve will hit it closing the gap and possibly damaging valve. If you use gapless plug you still must shim to keep threads from protruding into valve area.
