“459 sessions later and I’ve never felt better than I do today. I’ve always been an athlete, but life gets in the way sometimes and you need a change. You look in the mirror and go “where did that belly come from?!” At ISI it’s one day at a time. The workouts are amazing, the coaches push you, and the vibes are always 💯. I am thankful every day that my wife got me the one month free trial back in 2024 because I’ve never been happier. And as I cross the Hyrox finish line in September holding Lisa’s hand I’ll think about this place and what it’s allowed me to do at almost 40 years old! Thank you guys!”
