Fat loss isn’t about starving yourself 🙅♀️
If it were, we’d all be thin and miserable by now.
I’m not doing misery.
I’m not doing rabbit food.
And I’m definitely not doing “just try harder.” 😏
It’s about eating healthy, supporting your hormones, and working with your body — especially in menopause.
One big reason I love Lean?
👉 Appetite + craving control (because menopause cravings are LOUD).
In human clinical trials, people naturally ate about 600 fewer calories a day — without white-knuckling hunger, feeling deprived, or thinking about food 24/7. 🙌
And let’s be clear…
Most weight-loss plans steal your muscle 😬
Menopause already tries to do that — so nope, not today.
Lean helps:
✔️ Support fat loss
✔️ Protect lean muscle
✔️ Encourage your body to use stored fat for energy
Less cravings.
Hormone-friendly support.
Fat loss without the BS. 💪🔥

Let’s chat about progress!
No matter what your goals or area in life that you wish to see progress, it will only happen with the investment!
The investment in YOURSELF…
Progress only happens when you put in the TIME and EFFORT!
If you are wanting to have progress in your health and fitness goals you must start putting in the effort.
Take it one step and goal at a time!
Set goals that are realistic and that you can achieve.
Stand STRONG by your goals and values.
It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you are moving towards becoming better at something or bettering your lifestyle…
JUST KEEP GOING!
One moment and day at a time is OK.
Don’t expect results overnight.
Don’t give up on yourself because you have a rough day.
Be proud of yourself for the days you stay accountable.
If you need support I would love to have a conversation with you.

Don’t take anything personally!
Nothing others do is because of you.
What others say and do is a projection of their own reality.
When you are IMMUNE to the opinions and actions of others, you will not be the victim of needless suffering!
Take that in for a minute!

Don’t think you have to EDIT yourself to fit in.
You should not have to sacrifice your values and who you are to be liked and valued.
Each one of us probably at some point has felt this way. If so, chances are something needed to change or needs to change.
And it isn’t YOU!
You are UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL just as you are.
Be your authentic self and let those who love you, LOVE you.

Strength isn’t just about building muscle!
It’s making yourself a priority.
It’s knowing your worth.
It’s not settling.
It’s continuing to go after your dreams even on the most difficult days.
It’s the willingness to get uncomfortable.
It’s not giving up the fight.
It’s feeling fear.
It’s being courageous when you are afraid.
It’s letting go of things you can’t control.
It’s the ability to ask for help. (I am still working on this one)
It’s accepting yourself when you make a mistake!
It’s knowing it’s okay to not be okay.
It’s getting back up each and every time you fall.
It’s crying and accepting your feelings.
It’s laughing in the face of defeat.
It’s being brutally honest with yourself and then loving yourself!
It’s having FAITH!
Even on the days I feel weak, I know I am STRONG!
I hope you feel the same.

It’s been a long week but I finally feel like I am returning to myself.
No, it isn’t COVID!
I have been struggling with vertigo for a WEEK!
I feel like this is such a powerful message…
I have to share it.
This is the first day in many that I have been able to stand on my feet without feeling like the world is spinning around me.
BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) is not that uncommon, my vertigo is however presenting different than what most experience.
With that said I have not been able to workout, unable to get in many of the positions I do for some of my favorite exercises.
Laying flat on my back not an option, making sleep very difficult too.
For me exercise is a BIG PART OF MY LIFE..
Why?
For obvious health reasons but one of the biggest is for my MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING!
Exercise and physical activity triggers a release of dopamine and serotonin, which can improve mood and make you feel good.
It’s helped me overcome anxiety and depression.
It’s helped me manage stress.
It’s helped me get through grief.
It’s helped me get through some lonely days.
It’s been my “go to” for years and I can’t be without it.
I have been for a WEEK now.
What this has taught me, is it is OKAY to move slower and take a rest.
It’s okay to take every day as it comes and find the gift within that day.
It’s okay to remove yourself from anything causing you to feel stressed.
You don’t know the value of your health until you feel it being compromised!!
Don’t take your health for granted
And…
Please don’t wait until your health is at risk to do something.
