Before starting Burn Boot Camp, I didn’t feel good about the way I looked—and over time, that really started to affect how I felt about myself. My confidence was low, and I slowly stopped putting effort into my appearance. Getting dressed became frustrating because clothes never fit the way I wanted them to. That frustration didn’t stay in my closet either; it started to spill into other areas of my life.
Joining Burn turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The results I’ve seen, both physically and mentally, have been life changing. I went from my highest weight of 257 pounds down to 170. My clothes fit completely differently now, and that gave my confidence a huge boost. I’ve also gained so much strength. I see it in everyday moments, like carrying all my groceries upstairs in one trip,proof that the work is paying off . Even more importantly, my mindset has shifted. I no longer obsess over the number on the scale. Now I focus on how I feel, how I look, and how my body moves and functions in my everyday life.
Burn has positively changed my life in every way. It helped me build consistency and discipline, even on the days I didn’t feel like showing up. In the beginning, I struggled with consistency, eating habits, and accountability—but committing to coming 5–6 days a week made all the difference. Eventually, Burn stopped feeling like something I had to force and became part of my routine. My confidence has grown tremendously, and it’s changed the way I carry myself every single day. My “why” started out simple—I just wanted to feel better about myself and more confident in my clothes. But over time, that why became so much bigger. Now it’s about how I feel, how strong I’ve become, and proving to myself that I can keep showing up. I stopped making excuses and started taking this journey seriously—because at the end of the day, I’m doing this for me.
