We're Ali and Danielle! We're white belts and have sipped the koolaid🥤and are very passionate about jiu jitsu!

We are both mommas + multiple business owners. We feel that woman should be empowered and equppied to know how to defend themselves if life ever dealt us those cards. We pray know one ever finds themselves in a scary situation, but knowing how to defend yourself could make all the difference! 💪

We've invited you to this page in hopes that you would join us at one of our monthly lattes + lapels gatherings! It'll be a time to connect with each other and chat about life and potentially jiu jitsu! There is NO pressure to train by coming to these meet ups!

If you have little ones, we have a kid program that is nothing like anyone else offers in this area! We can chat about that too as we both have littles! 😃
