Working with Devon at HD Fitness Studios is one of the best decisions I have ever made. He makes you feel comfortable and motivates you to do better in every session and stay consistent. I’ve been training with Devon for a little over 3 months and my doctor loves what I am doing. I am NO LONGER PRE-DIABETIC and all of my vitals are normal, I’ve even dropped down 2 shirt sizes.
