What an experience we had this past October 7th!

Adaptive Sports and Rec Day was full of events, students, families, organizations/businesses, but most of all, INCLUSION.

Every single volunteer played an important role during our event.

But we want to make an honorable mention. Alyssa Chisholm served as a guide during the entire event for this awesome group of ladies!

Since they registered (side note: they were one of the first ones to arrive 😎) they were excited to participate in multiple events and they were very grateful to have Alyssa with them to navigate around campus.

They got a chance to get to know each other, chat about multiple topics and enjoy the event in its fullest. 💃🏻

Yesterday was such a fulfilling day for all of the committees and volunteers that worked so hard on making this event happen!

We are thankful and happy that families got a chance to explore different sports, events and recreation activities. In addition, we are extremely happy that they were exposed to organizations and businesses that work with their community to bring awareness and inclusion. 🤩
