Was a great seminar with coach Arnold. He is the source when it comes to Mang Tony's leniage. They have in my opinion the nest structured curriculum of all the ki systems. That is not to take away from the skill of the people in the other systems. So blessed to have him as a teacher.

Hey everyone I'm going to do a small kalis ilustrisimo (kiro) seminar to get people ready when coach comes in October. I'd like to get at least 2 seminars in. We cam cover the basic drills so you can learn more. The seminar will be Saturday July 15th. From 10 am to about 2. It will be hot so we will give plenty of breaks.
