Slowing down wasn’t something I planned… but it was exactly what I needed.
In the quiet, I began to notice what truly matters. I learned that:
1️⃣ Rest is productive — but not in the way hustle culture tells us.
2️⃣ My body speaks, and I finally started listening.
3️⃣ Healing doesn’t move in straight lines… and that’s okay.
These are a few of the things slowing down taught me.

I’ve been away for a while — and now I’m slowly returning.
The past few months brought unexpected challenges and healing detours. I’ve had to pause, listen inward, and let go of the pressure to “show up” before I was truly ready.
But in the quiet, I learned so much. And I’ve been gently rebuilding — not just my content, but the way I care for myself and how I want to support others.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more about what I’ve learned, how I’m coming back differently, and what I’ll be offering as I re-root into this space 🌿
