Once we have received your sketches, PDF, file instructions (detailed or brief), we will issue you a letter of a proposal outlining the cost of services based upon the scope of work. After we h
ave received the signed agreement, the project will commence. At this time a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due. (Payment format is a cheque, cash, cash app, PayPal, or G pay). When the project is completed you will be notified and an invoice will be issued, and at this time the remaining balance will be due. The CAD file, PDF, or other formats will be furnished to you
after payment is received in full. After your review, you have (3) opportunities to modify or make changes, free of charge, then you will be billed $30/hr thereafter. We also create STL files for 3D Printing and provide the following additional services…………...

Prices of drafting, design, and construction will go up on a yearly basis, so it is best to lock in on your prices by having your CAD file produced NOW rather than later. If you already have a full set of drawings on paper that you have ordered or purchased elsewhere, but you wish to make modifications to it, then you need it reproduced in CAD. For example, you have seen a design on the internet and purchased it, only to realize you want to reconfigure it a little (maybe you want to reduce or enlarge its size to fit on your plot of land, or you love the floor plan but need it tweaked a little ie. door/window added here) then drawing and doing so is easy in CAD.
