Happy Sports Sampling Day! Trying a new sport is a great way to challenge yourself, build new skills, and maybe even find your next favorite activity. Whether it's something you've never played or a sport you'd like to revisit, today is a great day to give it a try.

Academic success doesn't happen overnight. It's built through consistent effort, a willingness to learn, and the habits you develop along the way. One great way to keep growing is to get involved in activities that challenge you, build new skills, and help you gain confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

No matter how big or small the act, volunteering has a way of making a difference for others and for yourself. If you could describe your volunteering experience in one word, what would it be?

Everyone faces challenges, and everyone experiences setbacks. What truly matters is choosing to keep going, even when things don't go as planned. Every new day is another chance to learn, grow, and try again!

No matter how confident you feel behind the wheel, always make safe choices. And remember, never drink and drive!
