His crime?

💪 Excessive gains.
🔥 Illegal amounts of motivation.
🏋️ Causing soreness in the first degree.
😤 And leaving far too many clients stronger than they showed up.

Witnesses report members voluntarily showing up at 5 AM, smiling during burpees, and asking for “one more round.”

Authorities are asking anyone who has experienced unexpected muscle growth, increased confidence, or a sudden addiction to working out to come forward immediately.

Disclaimer: No coaches were actually arrested in the making of this post… but your excuses might be next. 😏

There are a lot of gyms where you’ll find equipment.

There aren’t many where you’ll find family.
