His crime?
šŖ Excessive gains.
š„ Illegal amounts of motivation.
šļø Causing soreness in the first degree.
š¤ And leaving far too many clients stronger than they showed up.
Witnesses report members voluntarily showing up at 5 AM, smiling during burpees, and asking for āone more round.ā
Authorities are asking anyone who has experienced unexpected muscle growth, increased confidence, or a sudden addiction to working out to come forward immediately.

There are a lot of gyms where youāll find equipment.
There arenāt many where youāll find family.
Every workout is a chance to push someone a little harder, encourage someone whoās struggling, celebrate someoneās win, and remind each other why we started.
Nobody has to do this alone.

Being a mom is a full-time job.
