The Plantation Golf and Country Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service. Please contact Chef Leury at [email protected].

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work and support other kitchen team members as needed

Qualifications
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
