Our Women’s Jiu-Jitsu for Self-Defense class was awesome.

We worked through some practical responses to situations where someone attacks you from both the front and the rear.

Thank you to every woman who came out and trained with us!

If you enjoyed the class, share it with your friends and family and bring someone with you to the next one!💪🏽

We’re getting ready to move into our Submission Escape Systems here soon for Wednesday class.

Our work on pin escapes into counter offense has been👌🏽. But one of my favorite parts of this entire process has been the people.

Training has a way of bringing together like minded individuals who want to learn, challenge themselves, and help the people around them get better.

Love the community we’re building.
