We want all of our clients to feel comfortable, so our classes are suitable for all levels -- whether you’re a beginner or an expert. First time going to a Pilates studio? Taking a private session will give you the knowledge and foundation you need to fully enjoy one of our group classes. Whichever you sign up for, you’ll get a workout that increases core strength and flexibility.

Today was a glorious day! I got my Pilates back!! Granted I still have to share my little studio with my daughter, her many doll children and the dog…but I can’t complain. 😁 It feels so good to workout again!

Always sabotaging my workouts. 🤨 It’s obvious that you will get a better workout without a 4 year old or your dog on your equipment, but you definitely won’t have as much fun.

And that’s a wrap! 🙌🏻 The studio looked so weird empty! It was sad, but it feels so good to turn the page and start a new chapter. I am excited to bring my Pilates home and to get back the family time.

Today was the end of an era. 🥹 Jackie and I taught our last sessions today in the studio. I had the pleasure of having her work at my studio for the past 6 years! I am so grateful for all of my clients over the past 15 years who helped build my studio up to the amazing place it is. Today heartstrings we’re pulled, tears flowed and hugs were given. I have enjoyed all the well wishes and support for my decision to take a break from teaching Pilates and focus on family now. I will miss my Pilates people! 😘
