I’m so proud of the community we’re building! 💛💃🏽
My biggest reward? Seeing each person walk out of my class a little happier, more hopeful, more confident, and more connected than when they walked in.
I’ve had the blessing of hearing from so many of my students about the positive impact these classes have had on their lives. I’ll never forget when one woman told me that coming to class had helped her in a way she hadn’t been able to find anywhere else.
That’s the power of dance. ✨
And I understand it because dance has helped me, too. During a time when I needed it most, dance saved me. It gave me somewhere to put my emotions, a way to reconnect with myself, and a reason to keep moving forward.
Sometimes I have to remind myself why I do this.
THIS is why. ❤️
Because I want other women to believe in their power. To take up space. To feel beautiful, strong, joyful, and free.
In a world that can make us feel like we need to dim our light or compete with one another, I want this community to be the opposite.
A place where we cheer for each other.
A place where we connect.
A place where we breathe, move, laugh, and let our souls lead the way.
It’s so much bigger than belly dance. 💃🏽✨
And I’m incredibly grateful for every woman who has trusted me enough to be part of it. ❤️
