This camp is designed to help kids build:
-Strength
-Speed

-Discipline

All inside a fun, structured, and encouraging environment.

WEEKLY FOCUS:

June 1 – Athletic Foundations
Body control, coordination, balance, and movement patterns

June 8 – Strength Foundations
Safe lifting technique, proper form, and foundational strength

June 15 – Speed & Agility
Acceleration, reaction time, quickness, and explosive movement

June 29 – Performance Power
Strength, endurance, athletic power, and total-body performance

July 6 – Recovery & Resilience
Mobility, flexibility, recovery habits, and injury reduction

July 13 – Athlete Mindset, Nutrition & Recovery
Confidence, discipline, hydration, sleep, and fueling performance

Building strength, power, endurance, and total athletic performance.

June 29- Recovery & Resilience
Mobility, flexibility, injury reduction strategies, warm up and cooldown techniques, and taking care of the body.

July 6- Athlete Mindset, Nutrition, & Recovery
Confidence, discipline, goal setting, fueling performance, hydration, sleep, and recovery habits for athletes.
