Yeah…It was kinda like THAT! 😅💦 It felt great to be back at instructing again, but after not doing a class for over a year, I am HURTING today! Don’t worry… I’ll reacclimate!

Come join us next Tuesday at 8am at the Island resort next to the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island! We will be in the Tavern by the pool!

I don’t know that it’s open to the public outside of guests, but you can call and ask!

It is with sadness that I inform you I will not be instructing until further notice. I have put my ZIN membership on hold, pending a time when I feel it is safe to instruct in a gym again. I miss dancing with you all so much! But with the numbers continuing to rise seemingly without limits in Florida, I fear it won’t be for quite a while.😢
I will keep you posted! Stay healthy and safe!😷✌🏽

Hi, Zumba With Valerie friends!😃👋🏽 I cannot even express how much I miss dancing with you all! I’m sorry I haven’t been posting much, or offering my Zumba services online for you. But I’ve actually been quite busy with navigating finishing the school year teaching my 5th graders online! It’s been eventful!
When I know more about Golds reopening, you’ll know more. In the meantime, please stay healthy, stay active, and get your workouts in safe, social-distancing ways. I miss you all terribly! We will dance together again soon! Much love!💕
