The Force of One team just returned from Ocala and the 2025 Florida Open International Championship!
Saturday was a great day of challenging competition and camaraderie as 12 athletes from our school earned 18 Gold Medals!
Our humble appreciation goes out to all of our parents who’ve supported their students throughout their Taekwondo journey!
Congratulations is due for all of our athletes as they've represented our school well through their exemplary adherence to the tenets of Taekwondo, demonstrating courtesy perseverance and indomitable spirit especially when facing some very challenging opponents from excellent schools!

Heartfelt thanks goes to our gracious hosts Masters Angelito and Master Rebecca of Ong’s Taekwondo. You've always treated us as family!

Due to the icy road conditions FO1 will remain closed on Thursday.

With the upcoming winter storm, we’re going to cancel TKD classes on Tuesday & Wednesday. We’re still planning on belt testing as scheduled. We’ll let you know if there’s any changes as the storm develops! Stay safe—the FO1MA Team

Through their outstanding efforts, these 5 students raised over $1500 for Hurricane Relief! A heartfelt thanks from all of us at Force of One. Congratulations! We hope you enjoy the new uniforms.

As you know, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina were recently devastated by back-to-back hurricanes Helene and Milton. In keeping with our strong sense of community and in a humanitarian effort, Force of One students raised $3,000 in just over one week. These funds will be going to support Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton relief efforts led by two non-profit organizations—Samaritan’s Purse and the Florida Volunteer Foundation.

We'd like to extend our prayers and positive energy to all of those who have suffered from these storms as we wish for your speedy recovery.

We would also like to take a moment to thank all of our students, parents, friends and families who supported their students and everyone who donated to this effort.
