Monday’s Live Wrestling / Match Simulation Practice Time & Location Change Begins Tonight!

Every Monday 6:30pm-7:45pm October 5 - February 22 at Heritage Jr/Sr High School.

We made this change for a couple important reasons:

1) Earlier Practice Time - We wanted to give our families the opportunity to get home earlier on a school night.

2) Convenient Location - We wanted to find a location that was relatively close to the Indiana Tech Warrior Park Wrestling Facility, while still giving us the practice time we wanted.

For members living west of Fort Wayne, this practice location should only add 7-10 minutes to your drive.

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we make this adjustment. Our goal is to provide our athletes with a high-level training environment while also making our schedule as convenient as possible for our families.

***The only practice being held at Heritage is our Monday Live Wrestling / Match Simulation workout at 6:30pm-7:45pm from October 5-February 22.

***All other Warrior RTC and NXT scheduled workouts and practices will remain at Indiana Tech’s Warrior Park - 377 E Tillman Rd Fort Wayne 46807.

MONDAY NIGHT LIVE STARTS TODAY AT 6:00 PM!

This is not your typical open room where wrestlers just go live and roll through matches.

Every Monday Night Live is a coached, intentional competition environment designed to help athletes learn how to compete.

The techniques, positions, and concepts we are teaching and working on during our Sunday & Wednesday practices will be emphasized and applied through live wrestling.

Athletes will learn how to:
• Warm up like they are preparing for competition
• Mentally and physically prepare for matches
• Make adjustments between live goes
• Create scoring opportunities
• Finish matches and find ways to win

Every live go is an opportunity to learn, compete, adjust, and improve.

Don’t just wrestle live. Learn how to compete with a great attitude & give an effort that is worthy of getting your hand raised the right way.

IHPO ‘26 - record performance for our club in terms of total number of placers and matches won. Proud of our effort and fight. Getting better at practice - learning from the wins and the losses - that is the exciting part!
