Ground Force Titans 16u Fastpitch Softball is based out of Northeast Indiana for 04-06 players. Includes fall ball, indoor workouts throughout off season, conditioning and tournaments after high school season.
Players will participate in a 16-week program during off season. The program will breakdown fundamentals in mechanics and activity. We'll go through each area of overall conditioning, hitting, throwing, fielding, pitching and catching. Each player will be analyzed including video and work with them on a development plan to improve and set goals.
