Congrats to Kaitlyn on her commitment to Florida National University to play softball. Kaitlyn Tilley has been a loud member of our family for the last 3 years. She’s the queen of the music, always works hard and has taken her recruiting process seriously! We couldn’t be more proud of her as an athlete and person!

Lessons should be an open dialogue from start to finish. As Jules and I work thru our hour, we are able to discuss movement changes and body positions. It’s so helpful with an athlete openly communicates with the trainer
