✨ Pilates Rehabilitation with Purpose ✨

My journey with Pilates rehabilitation began when I started my training with Polestar Pilates. I quickly discovered how naturally Pilates could be incorporated into physical therapy to help patients move better—not only in the studio, but throughout their everyday lives.

And one of my very first Pilates rehabilitation clients was my dad—affectionately known as Papa Corestar. 💙

Today, at 83 years young, his greatest goal is to remain strong, confident, and independent. His goals are functional, so every exercise in his private Pilates sessions has a purpose:

⭐ Bridging on the Cadillac helps improve his bed mobility.
⭐ Assisted roll-ups help him practice getting out of bed.
⭐ “Statue on Wheels” on the CoreAlign helps him build the strength, balance, and control needed to push a grocery cart or his lawn mower.

This is what makes Pilates with a physical therapist different. It goes deeper than simply completing an exercise—it connects movement to meaningful, real-life goals.

Because sometimes the most important goal isn’t performing the perfect Pilates move. It’s continuing to live your life independently, confidently, and fully. That is Pilates rehabilitation with purpose. ✨

Jasmine brought a little whole new world of magic to the studio, and even Caicos dressed in turquoise to match! 🩵🐾 After all, every princess deserves a loyal sidekick on her journey.

From floating lanterns to magic carpets, our Corestar family continues to show us that strength, courage, and a little pixie dust can take you anywhere. ✨

World Princess Week continues at Corestar, and this client truly understood the assignment with her beautiful Rapunzel-inspired look—complete with her very own Maximus! 💜☀️👑

And the magic didn’t stop there… not only did Rapunzel arrive today, but Prince Charming joined the royal lineup as well! ✨🤍

We also discovered that Prince Charming doesn’t just rescue princesses—he can hold a pretty impressive plank, too! 👑💪 Because even royalty needs a strong core for every heroic adventure!
