Dream Center community, we have partnered with The Pillar Yoga and Wellness to offer a special monthly discounted class for you all!
Here at the Dream Center, we want to make sure that people have access to physical and mental wellness support. Starting this month, you can sign up for an all access class. It is designed to be accessible to all experience levels, including someone walking into a yoga studio for the very first time.
Participants will be invited to move, build strength, improve mobility and balance, breathe, and slow down, with options offered throughout the practice so each person can choose what works for their body.
No previous yoga experience or flexibility is required. The goal is to create a welcoming space where people can move, take care of themselves, and connect with community.

We’re grateful for our partnership with The Pillar Yoga & Wellness 💙The Pillar Yoga and Wellness
Thank you to The Pillar Yoga & Wellness for partnering with School Care Team to support the well-being of our community.
Together, we’re creating opportunities for individuals to strengthen their mental wellness through movement, mindfulness, and intentional wellness practices. Through this collaboration, we’re able to provide experiences that encourage individuals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore tools that support emotional well-being.
We believe caring for ourselves is an important part of being able to show up for others, and we’re thankful to partner with organizations that share our commitment to creating healthier, more connected communities.
Together, we’re continuing to build spaces where individuals feel supported, empowered, and equipped with strategies they can carry into their everyday lives.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to know what everyone else needs...
and how much harder it is to hear yourself?
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to stay busy, stay productive, or stay available to everyone else.
Returning to yourself is something different.
It’s the practice of becoming curious about your own thoughts, your own emotions, and your own inner world—with compassion instead of criticism.
That’s what we’ll be exploring together tonight.
Not becoming someone new.
Simply returning to the person who has been there all along.
🤍 Returning to Yourself
Tonight | 5:30–7:00 PM
Facilitated by Dr. Saloumeh DeGood
A gentle evening of conversation, reflection, journaling, and moving meditation.
Included with membership or drop in for $18.
