“Well, don’t smile like that!!! You look like a doll!”

The KINGS of King’s Fitness and Nutrition-
K- KEEP IT CONSISTENT
✨ all of the little things add up overtime, so stay consistent with everything you possibly can. Get your steps in daily workout 3 to 4 times a week and eat your vegetables and lean protein.
I- IGNITE A PASSION
✨ nobody wants to do exercises that they don’t enjoy! If you hate weightlifting, then weight lifting isn’t the right thing for you. instead find something that really makes you excited every single day to engage in.
N- NUTRITION
✨ it cannot go without saying that nutrition is vital to weight loss. Eating lean proteins & keeping your vegetables high for volume! make sure that you are eating fueling food over fun food as often as possible. There’s a time and a place to let loose but it is not every day.
G- GOAL SETTING
✨ set 2 to 3 goals every single week that are attainable. Sometimes they might be the same as the week prior. Sometimes they might be new. Give yourself things that are challenging, yet easy for you to win! building confidence each week in yourself is very important to the long-term big goals.
S-SELF-TALK
✨ self talk is so important! If you’ve ever been in the middle of a heavy set of deadlifts, telling yourself, you’re not going to make it then for sure you’re not going to make it. It’s so important that we tell ourselves that we can do hard things, and that we are amazing at what we are doing. Gratitude travels at the highest frequency.
HEY! I’m Audrey Andersen.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, exhausted, and frustrated.
For years, I pushed myself to the limit—spending hours in the gym, chasing quick-fix diets, and obsessing over macros—all to lose the “mom pooch” and feel confident in my own skin again.
The problem?
Everything worked… for a while. But nothing stuck.
As a busy mom with kids in travel sports, I needed a plan that worked with my chaotic, on-the-go lifestyle—not one that felt like another full-time job.
It wasn’t just about finding the “perfect” fitness or nutrition plan. What I truly needed was:
💡 *A deeper understanding of my behaviors*—why I kept reaching for chips instead of cucumbers.
💡 *Accountability and support* to stick with changes for the long haul.
💡 *Sustainable habits* that fit my life and actually made me feel better.
That’s exactly what I’ve built my coaching around:
*Helping busy men and women like YOU create lasting, healthy habits that make you feel like the best version of yourself.*
If you’re:
🎉 Ready to lose 10–20 lbs without extreme diets or impossible routines
🎉 Tired of starting over and want changes that actually last
🎉 Excited to feel stronger, more confident, and better than you have in years
It’s time to say “ENOUGH” to the old ways that haven’t worked—and say YES to becoming the healthiest, happiest version of YOU.
DM me the word “READY” for more info about my *3- or 6-month 1:1 coaching packages* and let’s get started!

One of my personal favorites things is apple pie and coffee for breakfast on Black Friday.
Listen, we are constantly working to make the holidays magic for everyone else in the home. We seldom make the time to do something for ourselves- and if we do- we are labeled selfish or greedy!
Mommas (and papas), I can promise you this… if you take time for yourself, you will show up better for your loved ones.
I allow myself this post thanksgiving treat as a goodbye to Thanksgiving and a quiet moment to collect my thoughts on the Christmas season.
I don’t eat like this daily. I couldn’t be an effective nutrition coach if I didn’t live it out myself! I don’t guilt myself over my slip ups though either. I’m also just another human having an experience here!
My clients don’t gain weight over the holidays.
Wouldn’t it be nice if you got a head start on your 2025 goals? Wouldn’t it be grand if this holiday season wasn’t like all the others?! What if you lost weight? What if that fabulous dress actually zipped for the party?! What if you still had a fantastic time at all the parties WHILE moving towards your goals?!
One of my favorites is when a client sits down after only a few weeks and says, “So people are noticing. They’re asking me what I’m doing bc I’m acting different. They can see the way I approach life is different…this is crazy!”

🎄🍪 Can you actually shed some pounds during the holiday season, or is it just a lost cause? Let’s dive into this festive dilemma!
The holiday season is infamous for its indulgent feasts, endless treats, and all the tempting sweets that seem to appear everywhere you look. It’s easy to assume that losing weight during these festive months is next to impossible. But the truth is, it is indeed possible to maintain or even lose weight during the holidays if approached with a balanced mindset.
Here’s the deal: It’s all about making mindful choices, staying active, and not denying yourself every treat. Yes, you can savor your favorite holiday goodies, but it’s important to practice moderation. Try to fill your plate with healthier options first, like veggies and lean proteins, before digging into those irresistible desserts.
Keep moving, too! Whether it’s a brisk winter walk, a dance-off in your living room, or simply staying active with holiday shopping, every little bit helps. And remember, it’s not about perfection but balance. Enjoy the special moments, cherish the food, and focus on feeling good both mentally and physically.
So, while it may not be the easiest time to drop a few pounds, with a sprinkle of determination and a dash of mindful eating, you can definitely navigate the festivities without tipping the scale in the wrong direction! 🎉

Thank you, Veterans for the sacrifices you’ve made “both seen and unseen”, as my sweet Avery wrote… she was selected to read her poem before the school and vets today. Proud of her. 🤍✨🇺🇸✨🤍
