Great night at The Grip last night! Some of the peeps do more than one practice a day. That’s awesome and crazy at the same time.

Congrats to former EN wrestler Cody Biddle on taking the title at the Chewjitsu Open in Chicago. Good stuff!

The Get A Grip crew went to Chicago to enter the arena at the ChewJitsu put on by Nuway Combat. Great job to all that competed.

Don’t forget the seminar this Friday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 11am!

There will be no kids class today due to the holiday! We will see all kids on Wednesday!

All I can say is I’m proud of this team, we competed in grappling industries and our team took 2nd overall in the tournament. I wanna thank everyone who is apart of this team, and a special thanks to all the coaches!! It’s truly great seeing everyone continuing too grow and improve! Team James Clingerman affiliate schools took 1st and 2nd in the tournament overall!
