Sometimes the goal starts small⦠and turns into something so much bigger. š„
When Robin first came to Renegade, all she wanted was to lose a little weight and gain some confidence back.
Little did she know she was about to change her body composition, get significantly stronger, and prove to herself just how capable she really is. šŖ
ā”ļø Gained 1.1 lbs of muscle
ā”ļø Lost 10.1 lbs of body fat
ā”ļø Reduced body fat percentage by 3.2%
When it comes to building true health, there are no shortcuts. There are no magic tricks. It's about controlling the variables we can control, staying consistent, trusting the process, and putting in the effort day after day.
We are beyond proud of everything Robin has accomplished so far, but even more proud of the confidence and strength she has built along the way.
These victories don't just show up as numbers on a scale. They change the way we carry ourselves, the way we think about ourselves, and the confidence we bring into every area of life.
When we begin taking control of our health, we begin proving to ourselves that we are capable of more than we once believed. That confidence starts showing up everywhere, in the gym, at work, in relationships, and in the way we walk into a room.

āDiscipline today. Freedom tomorrow.ā
Sounds simple⦠but most people donāt actually understand what that means.
Letās break it down.
Discipline isnāt punishment. Itās structure.
Itās choosing to train when you donāt feel like it.
Itās sticking to a nutrition plan when it would be easier not to.
Itās going to bed on time instead of scrolling for another hour.
And hereās where most people get it wrongā¦
They think discipline is what gets them results.
Itās not.
Discipline is what allows consistency to happen.
And consistency is what actually drives results.
ā”ļø Training once doesnāt build strength
ā”ļø Eating well for a week doesnāt change your body
ā”ļø One good month doesnāt undo years of neglect
But stack those actions over time?
Thatās when everything changes.
This is where the āfreedomā comes in.
Freedom from:
Constantly starting over
Feeling uncomfortable in your own body
Living with low energy and poor health
The people who have that freedom didnāt find a shortcutā¦
They earned it through repeated, disciplined action.

This is what happens when someone refuses to go back to who they used to be.
When we first shared Craigās story, he was just 3 weeks in and already making massive strides and proving what was possible with the right plan and relentless commitment.
But that was only the beginning.
Since that post, Craig has completely transformed not just his body⦠but his life.
Over the course of his journey:

Lost 55.2 lbs of body fat

Gained 2.6 lbs of lean muscle

Eliminated chronic pain that held him back for over a decade

Built strength, confidence, and consistency that most people never reach
