Kona Ice is coming to the gym!

We figured the kids could use a little treat after all those flips, jumps, and running around. 😂
They’ll be in our parking lot on Tuesday, 9/15 from 4:00p-8:15p with all the Kona Ice favorites.

Come grab one after class and hang out for a bit!

See you there!

🤪 CRAZY HAIR DAY! 🤪

We definitely saved the wildest for last!
Our final theme week of summer was Crazy Hair Day, and our gymnasts (and coaches!) did NOT disappoint!

It’s was such a fun summer filled with laughs, crazy outfits, big smiles, and even bigger flips! We’re sad to see our theme weeks come to an end, but WOW… what a summer it’s been!

Thanks for making our summer so much fun, MTG gymnasts!

💙 COACH SHOUT-OUTS! 💙

We know how much our coaches mean to our gymnasts, and now it’s your turn to tell them!

Want to give a coach a little extra love? Add a shout-out to our board and let them know how amazing they are! Whether they’ve helped your gymnast gain confidence, master a new skill, feel included, or just made their day a little brighter - we want to hear it!

Our coaches work hard, and sometimes a few kind words are all it takes to make their day.

Pajama Week was definitely a good one! We had tons of kids and coaches join in, and somehow we even had a flying monkey hanging around the gym. 🐒🤣 Just your average week at gymnastics, right?
Now we’re swapping the PJs for some CRAZY hair! We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with this week. Things are about to get weird… and we’re here for it. 😂
