I rarely see this technique even attempted, but every time I come across someone trying it, it works pretty well. The defensive wrestler typically “over-reacts” to move that can take them to their back and this usually sets them up for a secondary technique. Once you figure out this principle of wrestling then you will be so much more dangerous on the mat I include this technique and many others in my “Dominate The Top Position” course that’s usually $29.
