The workshop is for women navigating perimenopause or menopause who find themselves carrying anger, frustration, and emotional overload. We’ll welcome irritability and big feelings as natural responses to change. These are not problems to fix, but understandable responses in a culture that asks women to stay pleasant through discomfort.
Using somatic-informed yoga, we’ll move anger through the body in safe, powerful ways. Expect strong poses, intentional breathwork, and a grounded landing set to a ’90s soundtrack to match the mood. This is a space for honesty, humor, release, and taking up space.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, your yoga mat, and a notebook or journal.
