We’re taking the Y outside and into our community this Friday for a FREE YMCA Move & Groove Pop-Up Group Exercise Class!

Come out for an hour of movement, music, and fun. No YMCA membership needed—just come as you are and be ready to move!

To participate, everyone will need to complete a liability waiver. Simply scan the QR code on the image to sign your waiver before class.

🍎 And stick around afterward! We’ll have water, bananas, and apples available for everyone.
