The Fairfield is looking for an experienced Event Day Manager to join our team!

At The Fairfield, we’re more than an event venue we’re a team focused on creating an exceptional experience from the moment our clients walk through the door until the last guest leaves. Our events are about the details, the energy, the hospitality, and making sure our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great events require great teamwork. Culture fit is extremely important to us. We want someone who is positive, professional, energetic, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You should enjoy working with people, leading a team, and creating the kind of guest experience people remember.

✨ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Wedding and event management experience required
• Weekend availability is a MUST
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional guest-service mindset
• Ability to manage event timelines, staff, setup, and ex*****on
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident making decisions
• Calm and solutions-focused when plans change
• A true team-first mentality
• Someone who represents The Fairfield professionally and positively

This is a part-time, event-based position and is ideal for someone with hospitality, wedding coordination, banquet, or event-management experience who is looking for part-time weekend work.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who fits The Fairfield culture someone who takes pride in their work, supports their teammates, connects with our guests, and wants every client to leave feeling like their event mattered to us.

And we couldn’t be more excited to have Kim Moore, PGA managing this year’s league! 🙌
If you don’t know Kim’s résumé yet… it’s pretty incredible. She’s a Class “A” PGA Professional, 3X U.S. Adaptive Open Champion, 15X U.S. National Amputee Champion, former NCAA Division I & III Head Golf Coach, former professional player and our Director of Instruction at Urban Golf. 🏆⛳️

Having someone with Kim’s experience running our league is something we’re incredibly proud of and she’s ready to make this season competitive, organized and FUN!
