Spent the day today at the Stand Out on Social Media 3 event and really enjoyed it. This was my second event with them and didn’t disappoint. It’s always good to step away from the day to day for a few hours, learn something new, and hear different perspectives from other business owners and entrepreneurs.
One thing that really stuck with me today was the reminder that people don’t connect to perfect, they connect to real. The wins, the struggles, the behind the scenes moments, and the community are what matter most.
Running LONGevity Fitness has never just been about workouts. It’s about the people, the relationships, and creating a place where others feel supported and encouraged. Today gave me some fresh ideas and motivation that I’m excited to bring back to the studio.
Thank you Coach Fryer and Coach Jennifer for another great event and for pouring into so many small business owners and entrepreneurs. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms, bonus moms, grandmas, mother figures, and pet moms out there! 💐🐾
At LONGevity Fitness, we get to witness the strength of women every single day…not just in workouts, but in life.
The early mornings.
The packed schedules.
The sacrifices no one sees.
The way you continue to pour into everyone around you, even when you’re running on empty.
Today we celebrate YOU.
Your strength. Your resilience. Your heart. Your ability to keep going, even on the hard days.
We hope today reminds you that taking care of yourself matters too. ❤️
Thank you for being part of our LONGevity family and for setting such an amazing example through the love and care you give to others every single day.
Happy Mother’s Day!

14 years.
There’s a part of me that still can’t believe I’m saying that out loud.
This place has been so much more than a gym.
It’s been where people walked in as strangers and became family.
Where we’ve celebrated wins, pushed through hard seasons, and shown up for each other—inside and outside of the studio.
I’ve had people with me from the very beginning… even before LONGevity existed.
That kind of trust is something I’ll never take lightly.
I’ve watched people go from not liking working out… to finding confidence, strength, and something they didn’t even know they needed.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it… my kids grew up here too.
That’s what 14 years looks like to me.
Not just workouts.
Not just results.
But community, growth, and strength—in every sense of those words.
If you’ve ever been part of LONGevity, even for a season…just know you’ve been part of something really special.
And I’m so grateful for that.
