90/90: the hip position most adults avoid (and need).
This isn’t about looking flexible—it’s about restoring rotation in the hip joint.
When hips lose rotation, the body borrows movement from the low back, knees, and feet.
90/90 trains both sides:
• Front leg: external rotation
• Back leg: internal rotation
Start small. Use support. Stay pain-free.
Save this and practice 1–2 minutes a day.

That quote goes straight to my heart.

Because when it comes to your health — you will wish you started sooner. The yoga practice. The strength training. The daily walks. The five quiet minutes to breathe. One day you’ll look back and think, why did I wait?

But it’s not just about movement.

Right now I’m in school, and yes… part of me wishes I had finished like 20 years ago. I’m also putting the final touches on my yoga platform — something I’ve been working on (and thinking about) for years. And of course the thought creeps in: what if I had just done it sooner?

We all have those things.

The class.
The business idea.
The boundary.
The habit.
The dream.

Today is the youngest you get from here.

So today, I’m going to take a deep breath in, a long exhale, and be grateful for where I am.

Out there, with that blue light wrapping around everything, I kept thinking about how quickly we can drift—
not because we’re bad people, but because we start living from the outside in.
When you’re busy worrying what other people think, you get further away from the meaning.
You get further away from you.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to live one step ahead?
Always reaching for the next thing…
thinking contentment is waiting on the other side of it.
But the truth is:
your life is happening in the moments you’re rushing past.
So today, I’m practicing coming back—on purpose.
3 deep breaths.
A few yoga poses.
Eye contact with my child instead of my phone.
An intentional cup of coffee.
One choice that supports my health right now.
Because the life I want isn’t built ā€œlater.ā€
It’s built in small present moments—over and over again.
