PERSEVERANCE: Keep going with purpose.

Tough sets, rough practices, bad days — they don't define you. What you do NEXT does.

Perseverance isn't grinding blindly. It's choosing, rep after rep, that your purpose is bigger than the setback.

Tag a teammate who doesn't quit. 👇

— for every player chasing their full God-given potential.

Begin before you're ready. 🔥

This week in our CHAMPIONS series we talked about MOTIVATION — motivation isn't a mood, it's a decision. Champions don't wait to feel ready. They act, and the feeling follows.

This quote says it another way: waiting for perfect timing stalls you. Don't wait for perfect conditions — take one small step. Starting small builds courage and momentum faster than overthinking. Overthinking is hesitation disguised as planning — skip ahead to action.

Tell yourself: "I can start now, even if I'm nervous." Then start.

— what's ONE small step you'll take today? Tag a teammate who needs to hear this.

Real talk: there are 2 types of motivation 👇
❤️‍🔥 INTRINSIC — passion, purpose, the love of the game
🏆 EXTRINSIC — trophies, recognition, rewards

Champions run on the first one. They don't wait to FEEL ready — they MOVE, and the feeling catches up ⚡

So what drives YOU? Drop it in the comments 👇 and tag a teammate who needs this today 💪

🏐 Motivation is LOW? Move anyway. 🔥

Monday we learned motivation isn't a mood — it's a decision. But some days the feeling is nowhere to be found. Here are 3 ways to move anyway:

1️⃣ NAME YOUR REASON — Trophies and recognition fade. Your passion, your purpose, the fun of getting better — that's fuel that lasts. Write your reason down before practice.

2️⃣ SHRINK THE FIRST STEP — Don't wait to feel ready. Champions act, and the feeling follows. One serve. One rep. One drill. Start small. Start now.

3️⃣ BORROW ENERGY FROM YOUR TEAM — Low days happen to everyone. Let your teammates carry you today; carry them tomorrow. Accountability beats motivation every time.

📌 SAVE this for your next low-motivation practice.
👇 Which of the 3 will YOU use tomorrow? TAG a teammate who needs this today.
