From the first practice to the final preparations, our athletes have spent countless hours in the gym training, pushing each other, and growing as a team. Every rep, every drill, and every challenge has helped prepare them for the opportunity ahead.

As we get ready for USAV Club Nationals, we want to wish the best of luck to our 13 Black, 15 Black, and 16 Black teams. We’re excited to watch these athletes compete on the national stage and showcase the dedication, resilience, and passion they’ve displayed all season long.

Represent the Empowered Family with pride and leave it all on the court. We can’t wait to see what this weekend has in store.
