Sangha Yoga

Yoga in schools is where it is at! We had the awesome opportunity to bring yoga to Indian Village Elementary today. Though we didn't snag any photos of the kiddos, we hope they loved it as much as we did! Thank you to all the staff and kiddos who welcomed us with open arms (and yummy snacks!)- we can't wait to see you again ✨️💖

✨️Friday Feature ✨️

We had the privilege of having this lovely little lady at our grand opening on the twelfth. Yesseniias makes homemade keychains to support her 5k races- and so far, her count is ..... twenty one of them! She will have honored 5 souls (5th tomorrow!) that have passed away. Every time Yesseniias honors a soul by running, she runs with the American flag and a memory card. After the race, she hands the flag over to a loved one. Yesseniias best time is 30:12.

*AND* she's only 7 years old!! This past Saturday, she was in New Castle, Indiana honoring another soul 🏃‍♀️🏁💜🇺🇸

And she will be on 21Alive on September 23rd at 10am- so check her out and support her by snagging one of her key chains or sharing her story 💜✨
