Sunday’s a great day to make a plan. Fitness isn’t something that comes naturally for most of us. It takes intentionality. So think about what you need to do to make it happen. Maybe it involves grocery shopping, meal prep, scheduling workouts, or texting a workout buddy. Maybe it involves laying out workout clothes or packing a gym bag. Tomorrow’s fitness starts today!
It’s a beautiful day to get outside before the rain comes. So get out for a walk, jog, or bike ride.
First tip that comes to mind:
What can you do RIGHT NOW?
Stand up and stretch for a minute.
Take a quick walk.
Correct your posture.
Take some deep breaths.
Drink some water.
Smile!
