YES!!!!!

So proud of you ladies last night!!!! Rose Rauch 1st 6 mile run of the year. Angie 1st run in a while, you ran 1.5 non stop. Chris not sure how far you went but just showing up and doing it getting ready for the Indy mini is what's it's all about!! Cindy even though your knee is bothering you, you came out did what you could do. Listen to your body sister!!!! Love the running community and the friendship that have came from it. My best friend's minus a couple. Thankful for you all!!!!

Ok So I have been MIA. Well everyone I am back!! I have alot of work ahead of me but I know I can get back where I was. Its all a mental game that I know I can win. I am not perfect I will slip as long as I get back up and keep going I will reach my goals. Who's ready to do this with me??? Lets get it done. Have a fabulous Monday everyone

It felt good to get back into doing a normal workout again. 21day fix extreme upper workout done. I really miss the weights!!! Now enjoying my chocolate PB2 and banana shakeolgy!!! Yum!!! Thank you Rose and Angie for keeping me on track!!! Missed seeing Cindy today.

So today we went back to the basics 21 day fix cardio. Taking it easy this week with the Indy mini on Saturday. I am so blessed to be working out with my besties minis a few. Rose, Cynthia, and Angie you all Rocked it this morning!!!
