I’ve been seeing a lot of missing persons here lately. The young, middle aged and the well seasoned in life. Let us all be mindful of our surroundings. Don’t think it cannot happen to you. It’s okay to let someone know what your plans and direction you are going. Even leave a note on your counter so someone will have a starting point. You never know…….

Time to Ride Tuesday is back March 7th

The SSC bunch will take off again this Tuesday morning from the Neighborhood Walmart at 10am. Arrive no later than 9:45am so we can try to beat the heat.😁 Make sure to properly hydrate, bring a towel and let’s get going. Approximate speed between 11-14 mph. Hope to see you there.

Super Psyched about Saturday Ride March 4

It’s time to ride on Saturday morning from the Lancaster Rec Ctr. Arrive for the start at 9:45am. Departure from the parking lot at 10am prompt. Arrive earlier if you need more prep time for your bike. New or beginner riders DM me prior to your first ride with the group. Expected ride should be roughly 2 hours with breaks. Expected pace 10-14 mph. Hope to see you there. Expected temp at ride time 58°.
If you are participating in the Lancaster 5K and plan to ride following your run/walk, please reply in case we need to wait on you for a few minutes. Otherwise the ride will start at 10am.
FYI make sure to hydrate and fuel before the ride.
