CALLING VENDORS TO BAROVIA
The Barovian Ball is seeking a few more strange, wonderful, and fantastical vendors to join our 21+ gothic fantasy gala on October 17 at Redâs Roadhouse in Kennedale!
Weâre curating a marketplace of only 12â15 vendors, featuring art, jewelry, fantasy goods, oddities, handcrafted wares, accessories, and other treasures worthy of Barovia.
Saturday, October 17
Vendor Load-In: 4â6 PM
VIP Doors: 7 PM | GA: 8 PMâMidnight
Vendor Fee: $70, or $50 with a donated item/service valued at $20+
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
The night also features The Marquis of Vaudeville, burlesque & drag, interactive quests, dancing, food, drinks, and hundreds of adventurers dressed for the occasion.

WE HAVE A $1,000 MATCHING CHALLENGE!
Some incredible friends of Q***rQuest, Kent and Michelle Morr Krabill, have offered to MATCH every donation we receive, dollar for dollar, up to $1,000.
Right now, weâre at $200.
Our goal is to reach the full $1,000 by the end of the week so we donât leave a single matching dollar on the table.
That means:
$10 becomes $20.
$25 becomes $50.
$50 becomes $100.
And if we raise $1,000, Q***rQuest receives $2,000.
Every dollar goes directly back into Q***rQuest programming, including paying our professional Dungeon Masters for the time, preparation, care, and creativity they put into creating these games.

REMINDER: Tomorrow is NOT a normal Q***r Quest weekend!
It is our 5th Saturday Pot Luck and Hangout.
There will be food and games, maybe a one-shot table or two.
Your regularly scheduled program will resume September 5th! So if you show up expecting to play your campaign, you will be sad!

Greetings Q***r Quest Adventurers! â¨
This week our campaigns will be on hold, but fear not! We will still be meeting at Galileoâs Big Red Barn for our 5th Saturday potluck! Feel free to bring a board game, card game, or activity and take some time to get to know your fellow Questers. Itâs also the perfect time to test out your own TTRPG skills by running a one shot with your favorite system. As always bringing a dish is encouraged, but never mandatory!
