I have truly found my passion in bodybuilding, I often think where this road will lead me, and I am still unsure. I pray for God to guide me to my purpose, as well as lean into the genuine people and sponsorships that have come with this journey. I look forward to seeing where this path leads. “What consumes your thoughts, controls your life.”

As I experience more life, and more pain, I continue to grow and learn more about me. From my own experiences, I have recognized that when someone hurts me, I look inward, and wonder, what is wrong with me. This is unhealthy. I have been through so much emotional pain and loss, and I pulled MYSELF out of one of the darkest places. Now, when I go through these same pains, I know that I cannot always blame myself for what doesn’t work out. I have healed and of course, we can all always grow and become better. I will continue to grow into loving myself and putting my Faith in God to lead me to my purpose.

And we all know, that I will take these thoughts and growth to the weight room. 😍🥰
