Meet new CYTTS graduate Annie Counts Annie B. Counts

Curiosity first brought Annie to yoga, and the way the practice pulls her out of her head and into her body and breath keeps her coming back. Her favorite pose is Dekasana, or Airplane Pose, because it energizes her, challenges her balance, and makes her feel capable.
Join Annie during our free Sunday 1 PM Community Class rotation for a non-heated (80 degrees) power yoga practice centered on breathing, listening inward, and fully experiencing the moment you are in.
